Train & Transform

Know the signs. Know what to do.

Training that helps your team recognise abuse, respond well when someone opens up and know exactly where to turn next. Built on real lived experience, not just theory.

Flagship service

Domestic abuse in the workplace

Domestic abuse is a workplace issue. Many people experiencing abuse keep coming to work while managing fear, control or stalking, and for some, work is the only safe place they have. We help organisations become the employer that notices, responds well and knows what to do next.

The question isn’t whether domestic abuse affects your workplace. Statistically, it already does. The question is whether your employees know they would be supported if they chose to tell you.

🔍

Policy reviews

We review your existing domestic abuse policy against good practice and current government guidance, and tell you plainly what to strengthen.

Why I deliver this training

For years I showed up at work as though everything was fine, while living with abuse behind closed doors.

The workplace is often one of the few places a victim-survivor regularly attends outside the home. I know first-hand that one quiet, informed conversation can change the direction of someone’s life. That is why this work matters to me.

Awareness gives abuse less room to hide.

Why it matters

Lived experience. Professional impact.

Survivors come into contact with professionals all the time. A GP, a teacher, an HR manager, a police officer. Too often, no one spots what’s really going on. Our training combines lived experience with professional insight, so your team feels ready to respond with confidence and care.

The result is earlier help, safer places and better outcomes for the people who need them.

Lived experience.
Professional impact.
