Accessibility

Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever their needs.

We’re working to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standard, and to keep improving as we go.

What we’ve done

  • The site works on phones, tablets and computers, and you can use it with a keyboard.
  • There’s a light and a dark mode, so you can pick what’s easiest on your eyes.
  • We respect your “reduced motion” setting, so animations calm down if you’ve asked your device for that.
  • We aim for clear text, good colour contrast, and descriptions on our images.

Where we’re still improving

We’re a small, survivor-led team and this is a work in progress. Some documents we link to (like PDFs) may not yet be fully accessible. If something is hard to use, please tell us, it really helps.

Tell us about a problem

If you have trouble using any part of this site, email louise@empoweredinsights.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help and to fix it.
